New GBP management + AI search optimization

Your customers are searching. They just can't find you.

Most people check Google before they ever call a local business. If your business profile isn't updated, isn't ranking and never gets mentioned by ChatGPT — that customer is already at the competitor across the street. We take your profile off your hands and run it every month, from content to reviews.

The problem

If they can't see you, they can't call you.

Three reasons an excellent business looks like it doesn't exist.

01

You don't show up on Maps

When someone two kilometres away searches for exactly what you sell, Google shows three businesses. You're number 14. Nobody scrolls that far.

02

Competitors outrank you

Not because they're better — because their profile is alive. New photos every week, posts, replies to reviews. The algorithm rewards activity.

03

ChatGPT never mentions you

More and more customers ask an AI model instead of searching Google. Those models pull structured data from the business profile — and if there's nothing there, you're not in the answer.

An empty storefront next to a competitor packed with customers

Same street. Same product. Only one queue.

The difference between a full shop and an empty one usually isn't inside the business — it's on the screen the customer looked at five minutes earlier.

ChatGPT · Gemini · Perplexity · AI Overviews

Today they ask ChatGPT.
Not Google.

The customer who used to type "hair salon Tel Aviv" now writes a full sentence and gets three recommendations. No results page, no scrolling, no second chance. Either you're in the answer — or they've never heard of you.

01 · The question

The query became a sentence

"My AC is leaking — who can fix it fastest near me and is open in the evening?" — a question classic Google couldn't answer, and the model can.

02 · The answer

Three recommendations. That's it.

The model doesn't show 10 links. It picks 2–3 businesses and explains why. Fourth place is effectively zero exposure.

03 · The source

It reads your profile

Models rely on structured, current information: categories, services, hours, tagged photos and the text of your reviews. An empty profile means nothing to quote.

Today A question in chat
What's the best Italian restaurant around here?
AIBased on reviews and current information, three stand out:
01Trattoria del Mercato · 4.9 · 380 reviews
02Osteria 12 · 4.8 · 291 reviews
03Casa Nova · 4.8 · 244 reviews
Your business isn't there. Not enough recent signals to cite it.

Figure 01 · Appearing in language-model answers (ChatGPT · Gemini · Perplexity · AI Overviews)

Three real questions customers ask about you.

This is the answer before we touch the profile — and after.

"My AC is leaking — who repairs air conditioners nearby and is open in the evening?"
BeforeThe model suggests three other technicians. You aren't mentioned — your hours aren't current and there's no reference to "evening service" or "emergency call-out".
AfterYou're the first recommendation: the service "AC repair · evening availability until 22:00" is defined on the profile, and two recent reviews mention arrival within two hours.
"An Italian restaurant for a couple with small kids"
BeforeThree recommended restaurants, all with full menus and galleries. You're off the list — no menu on the profile, no photos of the space, no mention of children.
AfterYou appear first, with a kids' menu, high chairs and outdoor seating — all tagged as profile attributes and visible in the photos.
"A hair salon I can walk into right now without an appointment"
BeforeThe model picks businesses with reviews from the last month. Your most recent review is a year old, so you're treated as inactive.
AfterA steady stream of fresh reviews plus weekly posts makes you the "live" business in the area — exactly the signal the model looks for when asked about "right now".
Figure 02 · Illustrative examples · real queries from common categories

What does ChatGPT actually know about you?

A language model never visits your business. It reads structured signals and decides from them whether to recommend you. Those are exactly the signals we build for you — one after another.

A busy local business with an active Google profile

The customer decided before they walked through the door.

Current photos, fresh reviews and a profile that looks alive — that's what turns a search into a visit.

The service

We run the profile.
You run the business.

A dedicated team handling your Google Business Profile every month — content, optimization, reviews and reporting.

01 · CONTENT

Photos, video and posts

A steady flow of new content onto the profile — not once a quarter, every week. Google sees an active business, and the customer sees one worth walking into.

02 · AEO

Optimized for AI search

Data structure, categories, Q&A and descriptions written in language that language models can quote. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews.

03 · CONVERT

From your site to your profile

We turn the information already on your website — services, price lists, advantages — into images and content cards inside the business profile.

04 · REVIEWS

Authentic reviews, every month

A structured process for bringing in new reviews from real customers — including a professional reply to every review, positive or negative.

05 · SOCIAL

YouTube and Instagram

The same content works twice: short clips published to your social channels that feed the business's authority back into Google.

06 · ADS

Google Ads for the profile

A focused campaign driving traffic to your business profile and to Maps — not to the website, not anywhere else. Media budget is separate and under your control.

Getting started

Four steps. One week.

1

Visibility audit

We scan your profile against five direct competitors and show exactly where you stand today.

2

Content plan

We build a monthly content calendar around what your customers actually search for — and what your competitors aren't doing.

3

Go live

We produce and publish content, fix the profile structure and switch on the review process.

4

Measure and optimize

A monthly report: views, calls, direction requests, ranking vs. competitors — and what we change next month.

Packages

Three ways to get in the picture.

Every package starts with a full visibility audit against your direct competitors.

FAQ

What everyone asks before they start.

Are the reviews really authentic?

Yes. We don't buy or fabricate reviews. We build a process that brings your real customers — and on the advanced packages, customers who physically visit the business — to leave a review. It's the only approach that both complies with Google's policies and holds up over time.

How can you possibly influence what ChatGPT answers?

You don't "advertise inside ChatGPT" — you improve what the model reads. Models rely on structured, current sources, and for a local business the Google Business Profile is one of the most important. When categories, services, Q&A, photos and reviews are built correctly, the model has exactly the information it needs to cite you. Then we check month by month whether it worked, and fix what didn't.

How long until we see results?

The first change in profile views typically shows within 3–4 weeks. A meaningful change in Maps ranking usually takes 60–90 days, which is why the minimum commitment is three months. In especially competitive categories it can take longer.

Why do we even need AI search optimization?

Because a growing share of local searches no longer goes through the classic search box. A model handed a question like "where should I get my AC fixed nearby" pulls structured data, reviews and mentions. If your profile is thin and unmaintained, there's nothing to cite — and you're simply not in the answer.

Do I need to supply content or photos?

Not necessarily. We can produce the content from what you already have — website, catalogue, menu. If you want to send your own material, even better: it always improves the result.

What if I don't have a website?

That's completely fine. For many local businesses the business profile effectively is the website — most customers will never reach a separate domain. We'll build the profile so it works as a full, standalone digital asset.

Is the Google Ads budget included in the price?

No. The monthly price covers building, managing and optimizing the campaign. The media budget itself is paid directly to Google and stays fully under your control — you set the amount.

Can I upgrade or downgrade a package?

You can upgrade at any point, immediately. Downgrading or ending is possible at the end of the three-month commitment, with 30 days' notice.
