Getting started

What is Letstok?

An all-in-one platform for AI-generated video and image ads. Letstok AI Studio is where content gets made — e-commerce ads, AI actors, ad builder, lip-sync, templates and long-form video. LetsPost is the publishing side: channel connections, scheduling, the calendar and analytics. Work finished in Studio moves to LetsPost without exporting and re-uploading anything.

What does the workflow actually look like?

Two ways, and you can mix them. Either pick a tool from the sidebar, produce your assets, save them to My Gallery and open LetsPost to schedule — or describe what you want to the AI assistant on the Home screen and it runs those same tools for you: scanning your product URL, writing the script, generating the video.

Does Letstok work in languages other than English?

Yes. Most tools support multi-language prompts, voices and lip-sync localisation, including Hebrew. Exact availability depends on the model and voice library you choose inside each tool.

Can I book a live demo?

Yes — a walkthrough covering UGC-style ads, the editing workflow and pricing for your team.

Plans, trials and billing

Is there a free trial?

Paid SMB plans include a 7-day free trial with that plan's full feature set. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to continue. Billing runs through Stripe.

Compare plans
Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes — yearly is discounted against monthly. Choose yearly at checkout when you upgrade.

Where do I manage billing or cancel?

Open Billing from the profile menu in the app. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can update your payment method, download invoices and cancel — cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current period.

I was redirected to the pricing page when opening a tool. Why?

Some tools require a specific tier. The app shows an upgrade message and sends you to in-app pricing so you can start a trial or change plan.

Tokens and limits

What are tokens?

Tokens are the Studio currency for generations and premium operations. Each render costs tokens according to the model and quality you pick, and your balance sits in the app navbar. The cost of a job is shown before you run it.

I hit an insufficient-tokens error.

Move to a higher plan for a larger monthly pool, wait for the renewal date, or drop the quality setting if the tool offers a cheaper tier for the same job.

Do failed jobs still cost tokens?

A generation that fails before completing should not leave you out of pocket. Check the Library for the job's final status before retrying, and if something looks wrong send us the job ID and we will review it.

Is there a limit on running several generations at once?

Yes, there is a concurrency cap and higher tiers raise it. If you hit it, the app says so rather than silently queueing.

Let's Tok for WhatsApp

What is Let's Tok for WhatsApp?

A way to replace or extend your website's contact form with a real WhatsApp conversation on your own business number. Visitors ask, an automated flow answers the routine questions, and anyone who wants a person gets handed to your team in a shared inbox.

See how it works
Whose number do customers see?

Yours. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's official flow, and the business identity on every message is your business. Letstok is the software behind the conversation, never the sender.

Do I need a separate Letstok account for this?

It is a separate service with its own signup, plans and billing. You sign in with your WhatsApp business number and a one-time code — not with an email and password.

Start the signup
Is the automated reply an AI bot?

By default no. The conversation runs on a flow you configure — a welcome, some routing options, and an escalation path to a human. The AI answering layer is a separate, opt-in extension you switch on per account.

Channels and publishing

Which channels can I publish to?

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and LinkedIn, from the LetsPost calendar. The number of channels you can connect depends on your plan.

About publishing
A Meta connection keeps failing.

Almost always one of three things: the Facebook Page is not linked to an Instagram professional account, the person who connected it is not an admin of the Page, or the permission was declined during the popup. Disconnect and reconnect while signed in as a Page admin, and accept every permission the dialog asks for.

Can I use Letstok from ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes — there are connectors for both, so you can generate and schedule from inside the assistant you already use.

Content, rights and data

Who owns what I generate?

You do. Output you generate on a paid plan is yours to use commercially. We do not train our own models on your content, and we use model providers on terms that exclude training on our traffic.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting your account removes its content and revokes the access tokens for every connected channel. If you want a specific asset or conversation removed sooner, ask us and we will do it.

Privacy policy
Can I use AI actors in paid advertising?

Yes — the actor library is licensed for commercial use in your ads. What you may not do is present a generated person as a real named individual, or imply an endorsement that did not happen.

Still stuck?

Write to us with what you were doing and what happened instead. If it is a failed generation, the job ID gets us to an answer much faster.
