Is this on top of my platform subscription?
Yes. The managed service is an add-on billed on top of your LetsTok platform plan. The platform plan covers the software; the managed plan ($150 Starter or $250 Premium per service) covers our team running your channels for you.
What does "per service" mean in the price?
Each managed brand/account is one service. The Starter add-on is $150/month per service and Premium is $250/month per service, billed monthly alongside your base plan.
Can I really cancel or downgrade any time?
Yes. Everything is month-to-month. Stop the service at the end of any month, or downgrade a tier - even down to our $49 plan - with no lock-in.
What are top-up tokens for?
Tokens fuel extra content generation. If a launch or seasonal push needs more output than your plan covers, you can top up tokens for that period only - no permanent upgrade required.
