What it is like here
You will ship in your first week
There is no six-week onboarding. The product changes daily and the person who noticed the problem is usually the person who fixes it.
You talk to customers
Every role — marketing included — spends time in real conversations with the florists, clinics and online shops who use this. Opinions about users are cheap; recordings are not.
Hebrew and English, both first-class
We build for the Israeli market and for everywhere else at the same time. Being comfortable switching between the two during a single meeting is normal.
AI as a tool, not a slogan
We use our own product every day, which is the fastest way to find out what does not work yet. If something is bad, you are expected to say so.
Open roles
Two roles are open right now. If neither fits but you think you should be here, the last section is for you.
Marketing Manager
Own how Letstok gets found and understood — content, paid, lifecycle and the launch of new products like Let's Tok for WhatsApp. You will be the person who decides what we say and where, and you will have the product itself to say it with.
What you will do
- Own the marketing plan end to end: positioning, channels, budget and the numbers each one is accountable for.
- Run paid acquisition across Meta and Google, using Letstok to produce the creative you test.
- Build the content engine — landing pages, SEO, lifecycle email and in-product messaging — and keep it shipping weekly.
- Launch new products and features to market, including the WhatsApp messaging service now going live.
- Report honestly on what worked. A channel that is not paying for itself gets said out loud.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years running marketing for a SaaS or digital product, with real ownership of a budget.
- Hands-on with Meta and Google Ads — you have built campaigns yourself, not only briefed them.
- Strong written Hebrew and English. You will be writing, not only approving.
- Comfortable with analytics: you can define a funnel, instrument it and argue about the result.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to small and mid-sized businesses rather than enterprise.
- Video-first creative background, or a genuine appetite to learn it.
- You have launched something in a market where you did not speak the majority language.
Influencer Relations Leader
Build Letstok's creator programme from the ground up: who we work with, on what terms, and how a creator partnership turns into customers rather than a nice-looking post.
What you will do
- Find, approach and sign creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube in Israel and abroad.
- Design the partnership model — affiliate, paid, product-for-content — and the terms that make it repeatable.
- Run campaigns from brief to reporting, including whitelisting creator content for paid distribution.
- Own the relationship after the first campaign. Most of the value is in the second and third.
- Feed what creators struggle with back into the product. They are our most demanding users.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in influencer marketing, talent management or creator partnerships.
- An actual network you can call on, and evidence of campaigns you ran end to end.
- Negotiation you are comfortable with: rates, usage rights, exclusivity and what happens when a post underperforms.
- Hebrew and English at working level.
Nice to have
- You have been a creator yourself.
- Experience with affiliate tracking and attribution.
- Familiarity with UGC ad production and what makes one convert.
Nothing that fits?
Send us what you have built and why Letstok specifically. We read every one, and we have opened roles for people before we had a job description for them.
